Keystone is Vastura's work system of record — tickets across every app and entity.

• Create a ticket: capture work, bugs, or requests.
• Filter by entity and by app using the dropdowns.
• Triage: set type, severity, priority, and assignee.
• Comment to add context; close with a resolution.
• Tags organize and route tickets (queue:/team:/area:).
